Jeevika, the mobile app, proved to be her life-altering ally. She has empowered herself through the app and 80+ fellow vendors in Lajpat Nagar by educating them on their rights under the Street Vendors Act of 2014.

According to her, the app’s standout feature has allowed vendors like Kiran Ji to report harassment in real-time, capturing audio or video evidence effortlessly. As a dedicated TVC member, she encouraged others to embrace this revolutionary tool, easing their chaotic lives and improving their vending prospects. She thinks that the Jeevika mobile application has helped street vendors to know more about their rights and entitlements through the Know your Act section of the app that allows vendors to learn about their rights in real-time at their own convenience through medium of their choice, i.e. directly through Act or short videos.
