Session 1: Exemption and Censorship: Barriers for Viewership?
Are there sufficient spaces for open documentary viewing? How are these spaces defined and by whom? What are the direct and indirect control mechanisms that challenge documentary spaces? What are the procedures, rules and processes that govern documentary film screening and viewing in public spaces? This panel will attempt to address some of these issues and concerns as also provide some necessary information that could help enhance documentary viewership and screening processes.

Session 2: Financing Documentaries: What Sells?
What are the histories of documentary film funding? What are the available avenues? What are the politics of funding? This panel will attempt to track the scenario for the survival of independent documentary film making in this country, along with mainstream development film making.
